Our High Active Quicklime and Hydrated Lime are highly efficient in water and wastewater treatment systems for softening, remineralisation, pH adjustment and eliminates undesirable components, such as organic matter and metallic trace elements in potable water systems. They are also used as neutralising agents and precipitant in industrial and municipal waste water applications.

Hydrated Lime is not only used as flocculent to remove impurities and solids in water it is also used as an additive to sea water to reduce atmospheric CO2 and mitigate the greenhouse effect.



Water is treated differently depending on the quality of the raw water. Lime products are often used increase the pH value of the water. Adding Hydrated Lime induces precipitation of non-desired substances, such as humus, particles, and metals.
